Describe the bug
Creating a new tag and pushing it to the release branch triggers goreleaser
to build artifacts and publish the release. For release v2.1.2, this process failed because the Azure upload tokens had expired, causing artifact publishing to Azure to fail.

NGF does not directly manage these Azure tokens. The requirements for Azure publishing were removed from the release branch 2.1 but not from main. This needs to be investigated and fixed before the next release to avoid reoccurrence.
