Power supplies options for device type

I wonder how you guys deal with servers and/or router that have multiple power supply configuration possible.

We have sites that are DC only, some have DC and AC power, and for some servers (same brand & model), can have multiple possible power supplies.

In order to calculate load, do you have a Device type per power supply config or you edit every device you configure into Netbox?
