feat: use Escalator font for headings

- Delete Anthesis Gravitas Sans fonts and references - Update CSS @font-face declarations with new font URLs and names - Modify font loading JavaScript to use new font family names - Update Anthesis Legible Sans font names for consistency - Update FONTLOG.txt with version 2.002 changelog entry Unfortunately, I cannot provide the Escalator fonts in this open source repository since it would break the license terms. That's the reality for typefaces and branding---if you want something both unique and high quality, you have to license it. I think this typeface fits the vibe I'm trying to impart here.
