I have forgotten to add the following line on a number of occasions, which means my PR always starts with a red cross.
Type: task
This PR adds some suggested text to the PR description similar to the notes field, to make it easier to remember, and i don't need to wait for the first failure in GHA to add it.
This change is marked as an internal change (Task), so will not be included in the changelog.
