The flow chart for the MachineHealthChecks controller that's part of the book is outdated and doesn't reflect the current implementation anymore, which can be confusing to new users.

Notable changes:

• it no longer deletes machines, but marks them as 'to be remediated' by setting the OwnerRemediated condition to False
• remediation templates were introduced
