Barcode scanning for VIN numbers for Android?

** We are trying to implement barcode scanning in our app for VIN numbers (Vehicle Identification Number). Scandit is there in the market but it is little heavy library so we are avoiding to use it. but it is doing its work perfectly and better then our Barcode Scanner provided by google. If there is any plan to introduce this in next phase or we can add this as a feature in next release, this will be really helpful.
