Add event.action to: cisco_meraki.event_subtype: multiple_dhcp_servers_detected

Keep important information in message field for cisco_meraki.event_subtype:

• dhcp
• client_vpn_connect
• blocked
• port

All changes

• Change follows the contributing guidelines
• Supported versions of the monitoring target are documented
• Integration or System tests exist
• Documentation exists, useful guidelines to follow
• Fields follow ECS and naming conventions
• At least a manual test with ES / Kibana / Agent has been performed.
• Required Kibana version set to: 8.0.0
