Host CPU and memory percent in vsphere should lie between 0 and 1 #4927
Description
Currently, the host CPU and memory percentage calculation gives a value between 0 to 100. The value should be between 0 to 1.
The fields to be changed are host_cpu_used_pct and host_memory_used_pct
