Description

When changing the width programmatically, it resizes the window, but doesn't fire the VisualState AdaptiveTrigger. Resizing the width using a mouse does fire the VisualState AdaptiveTrigger as expected.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Run the repro
  2. Follow the instructions in the app
