Any discussions with or conclusions derived from the use of LLMs will be omitted from my question.
What is your question?
I'm moving over to Doom Emacs and enjoy it for the stability and the declarative nature of its design. However I would like to bring over the input strings I used in my old config for keys branching off SPC as a leader key (e.g. SPC f f). I also find the menus that Doom has be default to be kind of....overwhelming as I don't use a lot of what Doom offers and would like to pare down some of those menus. In my old config I used general.el for this.
What would be the best way to go about doing this? Ideally I'd like to wipe out the pre-existing ones and start fresh, adding in the keys I prefer but I'm fine with leaving the pre-existing ones if that's not possible in Doom.
I read through the "How to (re)bind keys" tutorial but the sections on unbinding keys and editing which-key are empty.
