Moving weekly sync to different platform for wider outreach

Agenda:

We have been helding our sync in js-sdk on a weekly basis. We want to enable our any/all contributors to be a part of this meeting, so that they can get a first-hand glimpse of roadmap and participate actively in discussions, enabling betterment of this repo in a fast forward way.

Process:

1. Form a google group, with setting "Anyone can become member by asking"
2. Send out an invite for this weekly meeting to members of this group against their gmail ids.
3. This will have benefit that it will get stored in their google calendar, which most folks use due to gmail account either on android/iOS.
4. The invite will be for a zoom, so that most folks can join. In the starting phase, though, we will start with MS teams meeting only.
5. Ping on discord and elsewhere possible so that folks can quickly ask for membership of this google group and we would be happy to add them.

How to store agenda of meeting beforehand and store MoMs?
We can use a google sheet to keep storing these items.
If people want, we can start recording meetings down the line and share recording.
This can be one single sheet, storing these per weekly Agenda and all chronologically (with latest on top) OR it can be a different google sheet for each meeting.
