I'm trying to build docker 1.12.1 and uploading it to our ECR repository.

However, running docker build results in:

E: Version '5.5.58-*' for 'libmysqlclient-dev' was not found 

It looks like 5.5.59-* exists though. Can this be bumped within this repo?
