Revert "fix: use npm registry for @auth0/component-cdn-uploader dependency" (#1376)

Reverts #1364; This fixes an issue where `npm run docs` was not working for this repo after the commit `f3c263123d05b612d97768277e77c9aac9c75b84`, likely due to changes introduced in the large diff of `package-lock.json`
