For Grails 7 we will distribute a combined CLI with grails-shell-cli and grails-forge-cli to SDKman

./grails defaults to grails-shell-cli
./grails -t forge for grails-forge-cli

Update documentation to reference the correct command, ./grails vs ./grails -t forge now that both will exist in parallel.

Add clarification that grails-forge-cli is only an application generation tool and does not run gradle or grails in anyway shape or form.
