Update Docker image

I really like the idea of this tool, and I would love to use it because, except for the Docker image, I had a great experience during testing.

I tried to set it up on my K8s cluster, and everything worked, but I got the message that I should update LinkStack. The problem is that there is no newer Docker image than v4.2.3 (neither ghcr.io nor docker.io). It would be great if you could provide a Docker image that is the latest version. It might be best practice to provide the tags with a specific version, like 4.8.4, so that you can see which version is installed.

I tried to update it with the automatic updater, but I got this error during the update process:

file_put_contents(/htdocs/.env): Failed to open stream: Read-only file system
