V13 (AnIdiotsGuide#174)

* GitBook: [v13] 56 pages and 43 assets modified * Initial passthrough Updated FAQ and Common Errors page as well as the Getting Started and First bot sections to version 13. Did quick and dirty `find and replace` for links and cleaned up image link names. Consolidated the TL;DR versions of Windows and Linux into a singular page. Plans for a separate and basic voice focused page as well as expanding the basic command handler. Updated assets to reflect updated Discord branding, removed duplicate and unused assets. TBD: Finish updating all assets, update everything else * Second passthrough Updated the Cleverbot, tracking invites and using emojis guide pages. Removed the music bot and raw events pages. TODO: Finish coding-guides section Audit Logs, SQLite points system, Starboard and do another pass through of using emojis * Updated SQLite points system Removed references to the deleted json page, cleaned up and updated the code.
