Hi all,

I'm playing around with etching of a geometry. Starting from some substrate + mask, which looks good:

I can bring it to some nice state after processing:

However, when I want to remove the mask by removing the top level set, the geometry seems to reset. The only thing I do from the last picture is to remove the top set:

 domain.saveVolumeMesh("figure_above") domain.removeTopLevelSet() domain.saveVolumeMesh("figure_below") 

Any thought as to what might be going wrong?

Alternatively, is there a better way to remove a mask than assuming it is the top level set? I imagine once materials are deposited this can be no longer the case?
