Tire companies are accelerating overseas expansion. Sailun Tire (601058) recently announced that its Singapore subsidiary will partner with Mexico's TD company to invest $240 million in building a factory in Mexico with an annual production capacity of 6 million semi-steel radial tires. This marks the first time a Chinese tire company has established a production base in North America, representing significant strategic importance.
