Suggest parent for 'create-project' in the SSH command It add a option '--suggest-parents' which will print out a list of projects that are already parents to another projects, thus it can help user to find a suitable parent for the new project. Change-Id: I5efd16796b00f1e72f82e16bb73f59e55c5abbc3
