乐山茶叶搭乘中欧班列出口乌兹别克斯坦 数字贸易助力乡村振兴
封面新闻讯 / Cover News — 2月6日,一列装载1327吨乐山夏秋茶的专列从成都国际铁路港鸣笛启程,驶向乌兹别克斯坦。这是"中欧班列+西部陆海新通道"成都集结中心乐山基地授牌后的首趟茶叶专列,标志着四川农产品出口进入新阶段。
"This special train carrying 1,327 tons of Leshan summer-autumn tea marks a new chapter in Sichuan's agricultural exports," said Fang Yikai, a tea merchant whose company specializes in exporting to Belt and Road countries.
成本降低15%:与传统散仓运输相比,专列运输使每个集装箱成本节约10-15%。这批货值412万美元的茶叶将在十余天后抵达乌兹别克斯坦。
"The dedicated train reduces costs by 10-15% per container compared to bulk shipping," Fang noted. The $4.12 million shipment will reach Uzbekistan in about two weeks.
海外仓布局:自2021年起,四川茶企已在乌兹别克斯坦建立首个海外仓,通过6趟专列出口上万吨茶叶至中亚、非洲和东欧市场。
"We've established Sichuan's first overseas tea warehouse in Uzbekistan," Fang revealed, having exported over 10,000 tons via six special trains since 2021.
家门口装运:乐山基地的成立使当地企业实现"家门口装车",改变了以往需转运至成都周边枢纽的历史。
"Now we can load products right at our doorstep," said Hu Ying, president of Leshan Import-Export Chamber, highlighting the convenience of the new local base.
产业联动:该项目是成都-乐山"乡村振兴"联动的重要举措,将推动590万亩四川茶园(年产40万吨干茶)的国际化发展,其中夏秋茶占比达60%。
"This collaboration will boost internationalization of Sichuan's 590,000-acre tea plantations," officials stated, noting summer-autumn tea accounts for 60% of the annual 400,000-ton yield.
成都国际铁路港表示,该枢纽将不断完善"干支结合、枢纽集散"体系,通过数字贸易和国际供应链服务,持续推动川品出海战略。
"We'll optimize the hub-and-spoke system to facilitate Sichuan products' global journey through digital trade," Chengdu International Railway Port officials concluded.
