为保障种苗快速优质出口，佛山海关根据不同国家或地区的检疫要求，指导企业加强自检自控，促进企业提高产品质量；加强有害生物风险监测，针对组培苗和介质苗不同属性，通过风险研判，开展各类有害生物风险监测，把检疫风险控制在生产环节；专人对接种苗企业，第一时间安排属地查检，实验室加急检验，检验检疫合格当天出证，尽最大可能缩短检验检疫放行时间。
To ensure fast and high-quality seedling exports, Foshan Customs has implemented tailored measures: guiding enterprises to strengthen self-inspection according to different countries' quarantine requirements; enhancing pest risk monitoring through differentiated approaches for tissue-cultured and medium-grown seedlings; assigning dedicated officers to coordinate expedited inspections with priority lab testing to minimize clearance time.
据了解，今年以来，佛山海关共为佛山市三水阳特园艺有限公司1356万株出口种苗提供属地查检绿色通道服务。
Statistics show that since the beginning of this year, Foshan Customs has provided green channel services for 13.56 million export seedlings from Foshan Sanshui Yangte Horticulture Co., Ltd.
