1973年,吴啓英先生提出将云南大叶种晒青毛茶进行人工发酵,加速其陈化过程。经过大量科学试制,她原创性地发明了"普洱茶湿水渥堆技术",于1974年在昆明茶厂试制成功普洱熟茶,将普洱茶漫长的发酵时间缩短为45天左右。
Wu Qiying's Innovative Breakthrough
In 1973, Mr. Wu Qiying proposed artificially fermenting Yunnan large-leaf sun-dried green tea to accelerate its aging process. After extensive scientific trials, she originally invented the "wet piling technology for Pu'er tea," successfully developing ripe Pu'er tea at Kunming Tea Factory in 1974, reducing the long fermentation time of Pu'er tea to about 45 days.
行业标准的制定
吴啓英主持制定了《昆明茶厂普洱茶制造工艺及其品质要求》,这是普洱茶发展史上第一个有着详实理论依据和技术指标的行业标准。1979年制定的《云南普洱茶制造工艺要求(试行办法)》成为全省普洱茶试行生产规范。
Establishment of Industry Standards
Wu Qiying presided over the formulation of the "Kunming Tea Factory Pu'er Tea Manufacturing Process and Quality Requirements," the first industry standard in the history of Pu'er tea development with detailed theoretical basis and technical indicators. The "Yunnan Pu'er Tea Manufacturing Process Requirements (Trial Measures)" formulated in 1979 became the trial production standard for Pu'er tea throughout the province.
