Smart Customs Boosts Hubei Agricultural Exports with "Minute-Level" Digital Clearance
湖北日报讯（记者 张爱虎 通讯员 陆春婷）湖北省农产品出口额持续领跑中部地区，1-10月出口额达221.4亿元，同比增长28.1%。武汉海关通过智慧海关建设，实现出口农产品查检流程全面数字化升级。
Hubei Daily News (Reporter Zhang Aihu, Correspondent Lu Chunting) Hubei's agricultural exports continue to lead central China, with January-October exports reaching 22.14 billion yuan, up 28.1% year-on-year. Wuhan Customs has achieved comprehensive digital upgrade of inspection processes through smart customs construction.
电子底账：1分钟自动签发 | E-Document: Auto-Issued in 1 Minute
湖北中兴食品有限公司申报出口茶叶时，海关属地查检系统1分钟内自动生成电子底账。公司关务负责人马婷婷表示："传统流程需2小时，现在实现即报即审即签。"
When Hubei Zhongxing Food Co., Ltd. declared tea exports, the customs inspection system automatically generated e-documents within 1 minute. Customs manager Ma Tingting said: "The traditional process took 2 hours, now it's instant declaration-review-issuance."
云签发：证书申领缩至10分钟 | Cloud Issuance: Certificate in 10 Minutes
随州玉斌食品出口鸡蛋通过"云签发"系统30分钟完成全流程。负责人夏定良表示："鲜活农产品时效要求高，现在可自主打印证书，无需往返海关。"
Suizhou Yubin Food's egg exports completed the whole process in 30 minutes via "Cloud Issuance" system. Manager Xia Dingliang said: "Perishables require timeliness, now we can self-print certificates without visiting customs."
远程查检：平均30分钟内完成 | Remote Inspection: Avg. Under 30 Mins
十堰海关对昌利菌业出口蘑菇菌丝实施20分钟视频查检。公司负责人朱玉花称："远程模式效率提升3-6倍，海外订单响应更灵活。"
Shiyan Customs conducted a 20-minute video inspection for Changli Fungus's mushroom exports. Manager Zhu Yuhua said: "Remote mode improves efficiency by 3-6 times, enhancing overseas order responsiveness."
