南京海关RCEP签证出口货值全国第一 2023年超333亿元
南京 - 根据南京海关最新数据，2023年南京海关共签发RCEP原产地证书10.86万份，出口货值达333.03亿元，居全国首位。预计企业可享受RCEP其他成员国关税优惠4.99亿元。
Nanjing - According to the latest data from Nanjing Customs, in 2023, Nanjing Customs issued 108,600 RCEP certificates of origin with an export value of 33.303 billion yuan, ranking first in the country. It is estimated that enterprises can enjoy tariff preferences of 499 million yuan from other RCEP member countries.

• 加工贸易监管模式改革为企业节省费用5678.28万元
• 成功推荐21家江苏农产品企业在海外注册
• RCEP实施成效显著，签证量和货值全国第一
1. Consolidating and Expanding International Markets
• Processing trade supervision model reforms saved enterprises 56.7828 million yuan
• Successfully recommended 21 Jiangsu agricultural enterprises for overseas registration
• Outstanding results in RCEP implementation, ranking first in certificate volume and value nationwide
2. 跨境电商快速发展
• 出台支持跨境电商高质量发展十条措施
• 完善海外仓备案流程，开展跨关区退货试点
• 江苏市场采购贸易出口同比增长22.8%
2. Rapid Development of Cross-border E-commerce
• Introduced ten measures to support high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce
• Improved overseas warehouse filing procedures and launched cross-customs return pilot
• Jiangsu's market procurement trade exports increased by 22.8% year-on-year

• 为388家企业减免税款21.82亿元
• 进口矿产品、原油通关时长压缩85.1%
• 粮食和木材进口量全国第一

• Reduced taxes by 2.182 billion yuan for 388 enterprises
• Reduced clearance time for imported minerals and crude oil by 85.1%
• Ranked first in grain and timber imports nationwide
2024年，南京海关将重点推进五大工作：
1. 拓展国际市场，加强自贸协定利用
2. 畅通物流通道，试点铁路"直装直提"
3. 发展新兴业态，降低跨境电商成本
4. 强化平台功能，优化加工贸易管理
5. 优化营商环境，加强AEO企业培育
In 2024, Nanjing Customs will focus on five key tasks:
1. Expanding international markets and enhancing FTA utilization
2. Smoothing logistics channels and piloting railway "direct loading and unloading"
3. Developing new business formats and reducing cross-border e-commerce costs
4. Strengthening platform functions and optimizing processing trade management
5. Optimizing the business environment and strengthening AEO enterprise cultivation
南京海关表示将继续发挥职能作用，为江苏打造具有世界聚合力的双向开放枢纽提供有力支撑。
Nanjing Customs stated that it will continue to leverage its functions to provide strong support for Jiangsu in building a two-way open hub with global convergence.
