19.8万亿外贸成绩单解读：中国外贸展现强劲韧性
中国海关总署最新数据显示，2022年上半年我国货物贸易进出口总值达19.8万亿元人民币，同比增长9.4%。其中出口11.14万亿元，增长13.2%；进口8.66万亿元，增长4.8%。
According to the latest data from China's General Administration of Customs, China's total import and export value of goods trade reached 19.8 trillion yuan in the first half of 2022, a year-on-year increase of 9.4%. Exports totaled 11.14 trillion yuan, up 13.2%, while imports reached 8.66 trillion yuan, up 4.8%.
海关总署新闻发言人李魁文表示："上半年我国外贸进出口展现出较强韧性，5、6月份迅速扭转了4月份增速下滑的趋势，为全年外贸保稳提质打下了坚实基础。"
Li Kuiwen, spokesperson for the General Administration of Customs, said: "China's foreign trade has demonstrated strong resilience in the first half of the year. The growth rate rebounded quickly in May and June after a slowdown in April, laying a solid foundation for stabilizing and improving foreign trade throughout the year."
长三角地区快速恢复
Rapid Recovery in Yangtze River Delta
数据显示，长三角地区三省一市上半年合计进出口7.14万亿元，同比增长9.3%。其中6月份进出口1.39万亿元，同比增长14.9%，对全国外贸增长的贡献率接近40%。
The Yangtze River Delta region, consisting of three provinces and one municipality, recorded a total import and export value of 7.14 trillion yuan in the first half of the year, up 9.3% year-on-year. In June alone, the region's import and export value reached 1.39 trillion yuan, an increase of 14.9%, contributing nearly 40% to the national foreign trade growth.
商务部研究院白明表示："长三角地区能够快速反弹，最根本的原因是我国积极防范疫情，为复工复产创造了良好条件。各级政府采取的稳外贸措施也有效帮助企业恢复生产。"
Bai Ming from the Chinese Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation said: "The rapid rebound in the Yangtze River Delta region is mainly attributed to China's effective epidemic prevention measures, which created favorable conditions for resuming work and production. Various measures taken by governments at all levels to stabilize foreign trade have also effectively helped enterprises resume production."
下半年外贸展望
Outlook for Second Half of the Year
专家预计，随着国家稳经济一揽子政策措施的落地见效，复工复产有序推进，我国外贸仍有望继续保持稳定增长。上半年我国货物贸易顺差2.48万亿元，同比增长57.3%。
Experts predict that with the implementation of the country's economic stabilization policies and the orderly progress of work resumption, China's foreign trade is expected to maintain stable growth in the second half of the year. In the first half of the year, China's trade surplus in goods reached 2.48 trillion yuan, up 57.3% year-on-year.
民生银行温彬指出："在全球主要制造业国家近期货物贸易转为逆差的情况下，我国依然保持强劲的顺差，充分展示了我国的制造业竞争力和在全球产业链中的重要地位。"
Wen Bin from China Minsheng Bank pointed out: "While major manufacturing countries worldwide have recently seen trade deficits in goods, China has maintained a strong surplus, fully demonstrating the competitiveness of China's manufacturing industry and its important position in the global industrial chain."
