跨境电商成为外贸增长新引擎：海外仓模式推动全球贸易发展
中国跨境电商产业正迎来爆发式增长，今年上半年进出口额达1.22万亿元人民币，同比增长10.5%，增速高于外贸整体水平4.4个百分点。自2018年以来，跨境电商规模已增长1.2倍，成为各地外贸增长的重要驱动力。
According to latest statistics, China's cross-border e-commerce imports and exports reached 1.22 trillion yuan in the first half of this year, up 10.5% year-on-year, 4.4 percentage points higher than the overall foreign trade growth rate. Since 2018, the scale of cross-border e-commerce has increased by 1.2 times, becoming a key driver of foreign trade growth in various regions.
海外仓模式显著提升贸易效率。广东省中山盈亮健康科技通过美国海外仓发货，订单处理效率大幅提升。东莞市龙头企业尚睿科技带动近百家制造企业拓展海外市场，90%以上订单通过海外仓完成。目前广东省已在全球建设近600万平方米海外仓，跨境电商进出口年均增速高达71.4%。
The overseas warehouse model has significantly improved trade efficiency. Zhongshan Yingliang Health Technology in Guangdong Province ships orders from US warehouses, greatly improving processing efficiency. Dongguan-based Shangrui Technology, a leading enterprise, has helped nearly 100 manufacturers expand overseas markets, with over 90% of orders fulfilled through overseas warehouses. Guangdong has built nearly 6 million square meters of overseas warehouses worldwide, with cross-border e-commerce import and export growth averaging 71.4% annually.
各地创新政策助推产业发展。山东省冠县对海外仓租金给予补贴，百佳食品海外仓上半年营业额达3010万美元。临沂市实施"海外百仓计划"，已在全球布局31处海外商城和仓库。西藏拉萨对公共海外仓最高给予500万元扶持，计划今年完成4亿元出口额。
Innovative policies nationwide are boosting industry development. Guan County in Shandong provides subsidies for overseas warehouse rentals, with Baijia Food's overseas warehouses achieving $30.1 million in revenue in H1. Linyi City implements the "100 Overseas Warehouses Plan", establishing 31 overseas commercial facilities globally. Lhasa, Tibet offers up to 5 million yuan support for public overseas warehouses, targeting 400 million yuan in exports this year.
跨境电商带动文化产品出海。浙江企业通过跨境电商将油纸伞等传统文化产品销往欧洲，日订单超100单。必创科技计划打造"跨境电商+文化产业"园区，构建文旅产品出海生态链。浙江省活跃跨境电商网店达20.6万家，上半年出口增长38.5%。
Cross-border e-commerce facilitates cultural exports. Zhejiang companies sell traditional products like oil-paper umbrellas to Europe via e-commerce, receiving over 100 daily orders. Bichuang Technology plans to establish an industrial park combining e-commerce and cultural industries, building an ecosystem for cultural exports. Zhejiang has 206,000 active cross-border e-commerce stores, with exports up 38.5% in H1.
政府持续优化跨境电商发展环境。广东省出台高质量发展政策，拉萨构建跨境电商产业生态圈，杭州海关支持货运航班常态化运行。随着政策支持力度加大和商业模式创新，跨境电商将继续为外贸高质量发展注入强劲动能。
Governments continue optimizing the development environment. Guangdong introduced high-quality development policies, Lhasa builds an e-commerce ecosystem, and Hangzhou Customs supports regular cargo flights. With stronger policy support and business model innovation, cross-border e-commerce will continue injecting strong momentum into high-quality foreign trade development.
