2022年中国外贸进出口总值突破40万亿元 创历史新高
央视网消息 - 1月13日上午，国务院新闻办召开新闻发布会，海关总署新闻发言人吕大良介绍，2022年我国外贸进出口总值42.07万亿元，规模再创历史新高，进出口规模、质量、效益同步提升，外贸保持稳定增长。
CCTV News - On the morning of January 13, the State Council Information Office held a press conference. Lü Daliang, spokesperson of the General Administration of Customs, announced that China's total foreign trade import and export value reached 42.07 trillion yuan in 2022, setting a new historical record with simultaneous improvement in scale, quality and efficiency while maintaining stable growth.
海关统计显示，2022年，我国外贸进出口总值42.07万亿元，比2021年增长7.7%。其中，出口23.97万亿元，增长10.5%；进口18.1万亿元，增长4.3%。
Customs statistics show that in 2022, China's total foreign trade import and export value was 42.07 trillion yuan, an increase of 7.7% over 2021. Exports reached 23.97 trillion yuan, up 10.5%, while imports totaled 18.1 trillion yuan, up 4.3%.
据海关统计，我国与"一带一路"沿线国家进出口合计13.83万亿元，比2021年增长19.4%。我国与RCEP其他14个成员国合计进出口12.95万亿元，比2021年增长7.5%。
According to customs statistics, China's total import and export value with countries along the "Belt and Road" reached 13.83 trillion yuan, an increase of 19.4% over 2021. The total import and export value with the other 14 RCEP member countries was 12.95 trillion yuan, up 7.5% year-on-year.
这两天，在青岛这家水产公司里，工人们正忙着装运出口印度尼西亚的冷冻大马哈鱼段。2023年一开年，公司已出口印尼水海产品204万元，凭RCEP原产地证书享受到关税减让超过20万元。
These days, workers at this Qingdao aquatic products company are busy loading frozen salmon segments for export to Indonesia. At the beginning of 2023, the company has exported 2.04 million yuan worth of aquatic products to Indonesia, enjoying tariff concessions exceeding 200,000 yuan with RCEP certificates of origin.
青岛三木水产股份有限公司副总经理王新林表示："我们公司去年共出口印度尼西亚货物2000多万元，RCEP对印度尼西亚生效后，这样在当地进口的关税税率能直接从10%降到0关税，预计全年会拉动订单增长超过10%。"
Wang Xinlin, deputy general manager of Qingdao Sanmu Aquatic Products Co., Ltd., said: "Our company exported over 20 million yuan worth of goods to Indonesia last year. After RCEP took effect in Indonesia, the local import tariff rate dropped directly from 10% to 0%, which is expected to drive order growth by more than 10% for the whole year."

青岛海关关税处处长毕海军介绍："2022年全年，青岛海关共签发RCEP原产地证书8.3万份，出口享惠货值199.6亿元，可享受国外关税减让近2亿元。"
Bi Haijun, Director of the Tariff Department of Qingdao Customs, said: "In 2022, Qingdao Customs issued 83,000 RCEP certificates of origin, with export goods enjoying preferential treatment worth 19.96 billion yuan, qualifying for nearly 200 million yuan in foreign tariff concessions."
贸易伙伴结构优、增势好，2022年，我国外贸交出了一份亮眼成绩单。据统计，全球每年有四分之一的面料在绍兴柯桥中国轻纺城市场成交，交易的纺织品种类达5万余种，产品远销192个国家和地区。
With optimized trading partner structure and strong growth momentum, China's foreign trade delivered outstanding results in 2022. According to statistics, one quarter of the world's fabrics are traded annually at the China Textile City market in Keqiao, Shaoxing, with over 50,000 types of textile products sold to 192 countries and regions.
对外经贸大学中国世界贸易组织研究院院长屠新泉表示："过去一年，我国坚定扩大高水平对外开放，加快推动RCEP持续释放红利，不断扩大'一带一路'朋友圈，不仅有力支撑了我国外贸高质量发展，同时也有效维护了全球贸易开放，实现世界经贸发展的合作共赢。"
Tu Xinquan, Dean of the China WTO Research Institute at the University of International Business and Economics, stated: "Over the past year, China has firmly expanded high-level opening up, accelerated the continuous release of RCEP dividends, and constantly expanded the 'Belt and Road' circle of friends, which has not only strongly supported the high-quality development of China's foreign trade but also effectively maintained global trade openness, achieving win-win cooperation in world economic and trade development."
