I don't want to be picky, but it's not a solution. At best it is a complicated work-around. Sounds a bit like scratching your left ear with your right foot ;-)). Nice try anyway.
But you are 
"solves" was probably not the right word. It's a workaround for the workaround 
At least I can get rid of the duplicate tabs.
Note: also works when adding another file (tested by adding a .h).
