宠物店虚假宣传被重罚50万 - 不正当竞争案例警示
近日，新疆乌鲁木齐市一家宠物店因虚假宣传行为被市场监管部门处以50万元罚款，并被列入严重违法失信名单。

米东区"小组棕"宠物用品店在11月12日晚下载录制乌鲁木齐市疫情防控新闻发布会视频后，断章取义、刻意删剪内容，在抖音平台发布片面信息，误导公众认为其店铺是疫情防控期间政府唯一指定的"全城配送宠物用品店"。
"Xiao Zu Zong" Pet Store in Midong District downloaded and recorded the video of Urumqi's epidemic prevention press conference on the evening of November 12, then took words out of context and deliberately edited the content, posting partial information on Douyin platform to mislead the public into believing it was the only government-designated "city-wide pet supply delivery store" during the epidemic.
该行为违反了《中华人民共和国反不正当竞争法》第八条第一款规定，构成虚假宣传，扰乱保供秩序，破坏市场公平竞争。
This behavior violated Article 8, Paragraph 1 of the "Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China", constituting false advertising and disrupting supply order and market fair competition.
市场监管部门依据《反不正当竞争法》第二十条第一款规定，作出50万元罚款的行政处罚，并将该店列入严重违法失信名单。
