4月进出口数据即将发布。在一季度外贸"开门稳"的背景下，外贸主力省（市）因地制宜出台支持政策，以促进外贸稳规模优结构，巩固外贸持续回暖的态势。

The April import and export data is about to be released. Against the backdrop of a "stable start" in foreign trade in the first quarter, major foreign trade provinces (cities) have introduced tailored support policies to promote stable scale and optimized structure of foreign trade, consolidating the sustained recovery trend.

专家表示，外贸主力军对稳住整个外贸基本盘发挥着重要作用。随着政策效应持续释放，我国外贸韧性将继续增强，有望迎来更好的发展前景。

Experts say that foreign trade powerhouses play a crucial role in stabilizing the overall foreign trade foundation. As policy effects continue to be released, China's foreign trade resilience will further strengthen, and better development prospects are expected.

发挥主力军作用 | The Role of Powerhouses

5月5日，山东省外贸公布了一季度的亮眼"成绩单"：一季度实现货物贸易进出口7646.2亿元，同比增长7.7%。其中，出口4592.8亿元，同比增长12.3%；进口3053.4亿元，同比增长1.4%。

On May 5, Shandong Province announced impressive first-quarter foreign trade results: goods trade import and export reached 764.62 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.7%. Exports were 459.28 billion yuan (up 12.3% YoY), while imports were 305.34 billion yuan (up 1.4% YoY).

从外贸主力省（市）一季度的出口结构来看，"新三样"成为外贸的主要拉动力。如上海市一季度电动汽车、锂电池、太阳能电池出口额同比分别增长98.2%、2.2倍和57.3%。

From the export structure of major foreign trade provinces (cities) in the first quarter, the "new three" (electric vehicles, lithium batteries, and solar cells) have become the main drivers of foreign trade. For example, Shanghai's exports of these products increased by 98.2%, 220%, and 57.3% year-on-year respectively.

政策支持力度加大 | Increased Policy Support

为推动外贸持续回暖，外贸主力省（市）加大了对稳外贸政策的支持力度，因地制宜地出台了各项政策。

To promote sustained recovery of foreign trade, major provinces (cities) have increased support for stabilizing foreign trade policies and introduced various tailored measures.

上海市发布了《上海市促进外贸稳规模提质量的若干政策措施》，该措施以促进外贸稳规模、促转型、拓市场、优环境为核心。

Shanghai issued the "Several Policy Measures to Promote Stable Scale and Quality Improvement of Foreign Trade in Shanghai", focusing on stabilizing scale, promoting transformation, expanding markets, and optimizing the environment.

出口料保持稳定 | Exports Expected to Remain Stable

业内人士认为，随着政策效应的持续释放，我国外贸有望迎来更好的发展前景。

Industry insiders believe that with the continuous release of policy effects, China's foreign trade is expected to usher in better development prospects.

需要注意的是，当前我国外贸仍面临诸多困难和挑战，外贸能否持续回暖仍需保持谨慎。
