亚马逊开店其实很简单，准备好以下材料，跟着步骤来就行（基本都能过审）
Amazon store setup is actually quite simple. Just prepare the following materials and follow the steps (approval is almost guaranteed)
注册亚马逊店铺需要准备的材料：
Materials needed for Amazon store registration:
① 营业执照（优先选择企业营业执照）
① Business license (corporate business license preferred)
如果没有营业执照可以到当地工商局办理。如果已经有营业执照，只要执照经营范围内有销售性质，且距离过期日期超过45天，也可使用。
If you don't have a business license, you can apply at the local administration for industry and commerce. If you already have one, it can be used as long as it includes sales in its business scope and won't expire within 45 days.

③ Dual-currency credit card (international credit card)
用来支付亚马逊的各项费用，带有Master或VISA标志的信用卡。
Used to pay Amazon fees, must have Master or VISA logo.

从来都没有注册或登录过亚马逊卖家账户的邮箱和电话。
Email and phone number never used to register or log in to any Amazon seller account.

因为亚马逊是跨境电商，交易货款都是外币（日元、欧元、美元），不能直接转为人民币打款到国内账户。
As Amazon is cross-border e-commerce, transactions are in foreign currencies (JPY, EUR, USD) which cannot be directly converted to RMB.
店铺注册流程：
Store registration process:
1. 浏览器搜索"亚马逊全球开店"
1. Search "Amazon Global Selling" in browser
2. 点击前往站点注册，美国站选择北美站注册
2. Click to register, select North America for US store
3. 填写姓名和邮箱
3. Fill in name and email
4. 验证邮箱
4. Verify email
5. 填写公司所在地、业务类型和名称
5. Fill in company location, business type and name
6. 填写公司（营业执照）的详细信息
6. Enter company (business license) details
7. 填写法人的详细信息
7. Provide legal representative details
8. 填写收款账户和双币卡信息
