湘潭市贸促会开启"潭品出海"外贸新手培训 助力企业开拓国际市场
湘潭在线6月17日讯（湘潭日报社全媒体记者武慧）6月16日，湘潭市贸促会举行"潭品出海我来了"外贸新手培训会（第一季）开班仪式，邀请8位国际商务专家作为导师，为企业开展国际贸易、国际投资等业务提供支持和指导。
Xiangtan Online, June 17 (Reporter Wu Hui) On June 16, the Xiangtan Trade Promotion Council held the opening ceremony of the first season of the "Tanpin Going Global" training program for foreign trade beginners. Eight international business experts were invited as mentors to provide support and guidance for enterprises in international trade and investment.
湘潭市28家企业50余名外贸新手参加培训，并到外贸企业观摩。此前，湘潭市不少外贸企业希望加强对外贸人才及外贸新手培训的需求，为此湘潭市贸促会策划举办三期"潭品出海我来了"外贸新手培训会，为外贸新手开展外贸入门技能培训，吸引了众多企业积极组织外贸新手参训。
More than 50 foreign trade beginners from 28 enterprises in Xiangtan participated in the training and visited foreign trade enterprises. Previously, many foreign trade enterprises in Xiangtan expressed the need to strengthen training for foreign trade talents and beginners. In response, the Xiangtan Trade Promotion Council planned to organize three sessions of the "Tanpin Going Global" training program to provide basic foreign trade skills training for beginners, attracting active participation from many enterprises.
开班仪式上，湘潭市贸促会、湘潭国际商会首批聘请湖南科技大学副教授向志国、湖南信诺颜料科技董事长汤上等8位国际商务专家作为导师。当天，向志国以"打开出口贸易大门应做好的'五知一备'"为题，向外贸新手介绍了知自己、知货物、知市场、知客户、知业务流程和备好业务文书模板等基础工作，以及如何通过"五知一备"又稳又好地开展外贸业务。
At the opening ceremony, the Xiangtan Trade Promotion Council and the Xiangtan International Chamber of Commerce appointed eight international business experts as the first batch of mentors, including Xiang Zhiguo, associate professor of Hunan University of Science and Technology, and Tang Shang, chairman of Hunan Xinnuo Pigment Technology. On the same day, Xiang Zhiguo gave a lecture titled "Five Knowledges and One Preparation for Opening the Door to Export Trade," introducing beginners to basic tasks such as knowing oneself, knowing the goods, knowing the market, knowing the customers, knowing the business process, and preparing business document templates, as well as how to conduct foreign trade business steadily and effectively through "Five Knowledges and One Preparation."
湘潭市贸促会主要负责人表示，希望通过一次培训、一次观摩、一个导师和一个平台"四个一"，为企业发展外贸提供技能帮助，助力新外贸企业成功完成交易第一单，老外贸企业实现贸易倍增，提高湘潭市企业外贸水平，开拓更广阔的国际市场，稳住外贸基本盘。
The principal leader of the Xiangtan Trade Promotion Council stated that through the "four ones" - one training session, one observation visit, one mentor, and one platform - they aim to provide skill assistance for enterprises in developing foreign trade, help new foreign trade enterprises successfully complete their first transaction, enable established foreign trade enterprises to achieve trade multiplication, improve the foreign trade level of Xiangtan enterprises, explore broader international markets, and stabilize the basic foreign trade situation.
当天下午，外贸新手们还到湖南凯利特泵业有限公司、湘潭综保区跨境电商综合服务中心观摩，了解企业发展外贸的经验。
In the afternoon, the foreign trade beginners visited Hunan Kailite Pump Co., Ltd. and the Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Service Center of Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Zone to learn about the experiences of enterprises in developing foreign trade.
