今年以来，我国外贸稳中向好的态势进一步得到巩固。
China's foreign trade has continued to consolidate its steady growth momentum this year.

中国国际贸易促进委员会最新数据显示，我国货物贸易延续回升向好趋势，外贸结构不断优化，国际市场份额稳步提升。
Latest data from the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) shows China's goods trade has maintained its recovery trend with optimized structure and steadily increasing global market share.

ATA单证册签发量激增 | Surge in ATA Carnet Issuance

4月份全国贸促系统签发各类证书58.73万份，同比增长12.10%。其中出境ATA单证册979份，同比大幅增长38.28%，涵盖货值约3.63亿元人民币，同比增长153.85%。
In April, the CCPIT system issued 587,300 certificates, up 12.10% year-on-year. The issuance of outbound ATA carnets surged 38.28% to 979, covering goods worth approximately 363 million yuan, a remarkable 153.85% increase.

中国贸促会新闻发言人赵萍表示："ATA单证册签发数量的大幅增长，反映了我国外贸政策'组合拳'正在落地见效。"
CCPIT spokesperson Zhao Ping stated: "The significant growth in ATA carnet issuance demonstrates the effectiveness of China's foreign trade policy package."

外贸企业信心增强 | Boost in Exporters' Confidence

调研显示，81.6%的外贸企业预计上半年出口向好或持平，65.1%的企业新增订单较上季度增长或持平。主要推动因素包括：
Surveys show 81.6% of exporters expect better or stable performance in H1, with 65.1% reporting order growth or stability. Key drivers include:

• 外需改善：全球经济增长前景改善
  Improved external demand: Better global economic outlook
• 优势产品：机电产品出口保持强劲
