人民网北京5月11日电（记者栗翘楚）近日，在上海外高桥港区海通滚装码头，随着滚装船"光芒精英号"缓缓地靠港，1119辆新能源汽车排起长队，有序驶入巨型滚装船，准备启程前往东南亚市场。

据上海海关统计，一季度，上海口岸出口电动载人汽车16.7万辆，货值387.3亿元人民币，分别同比增长30.3%、63.9%。其中，对一带一路沿线国家出口占比近四分之一。
According to Shanghai Customs statistics, in the first quarter, Shanghai port exported 167,000 electric passenger vehicles worth 38.73 billion yuan, up 30.3% and 63.9% year-on-year respectively. Exports to Belt and Road countries accounted for nearly a quarter.

上海外高桥港区海通码头是全国最大的滚装汽车码头，汽车出口航线遍布欧洲、东南亚、南美洲和中东地区。"为助力国产新能源车加大油门驶向全球，外港海关叠加'提前申报''运抵验放''抵港直装'等通关便利化措施，确保出口汽车零延时验放，助推新能源汽车产业高质量发展。"上海外高桥港区海关查验九科科长陈佳表示。
Shanghai Waigaoqiao Port Haitong Terminal is China's largest ro-ro vehicle terminal, with export routes covering Europe, Southeast Asia, South America and the Middle East. "To help domestic new energy vehicles accelerate into global markets, Waigaoqiao Customs has implemented facilitation measures including 'advanced declaration', 'arrival inspection', and 'direct loading upon arrival' to ensure zero-delay clearance for export vehicles and promote high-quality development of the new energy vehicle industry," said Chen Jia, chief of Inspection Section 9 at Shanghai Waigaoqiao Port Customs.
"新三样"出口表现亮眼 | Strong Performance of "New Three" Exports
据海关总署统计，今年一季度，我国电动载人汽车、锂电池、太阳能电池"新三样"产品合计出口增长66.9%，同比增量超1000亿元。其中，我国电动载人汽车出口647.5亿元，增长122.3%，在"新三样"中增速最快。
According to General Administration of Customs statistics, in Q1 this year, China's exports of the "new three" - electric passenger vehicles, lithium batteries and solar cells - grew 66.9% collectively, with a year-on-year increase exceeding 100 billion yuan. Among them, electric passenger vehicle exports reached 64.75 billion yuan, up 122.3%, the fastest growth among the "new three".
企业数量持续增长 | Continuous Growth in Enterprise Numbers
在此背景下，我国汽车制造相关企业数量持续增长。天眼查数据显示，我国汽车制造相关企业近31.8万余家，其中，2022年新增注册企业3.9万余家，新增注册企业增速14.6%。
Against this backdrop, the number of auto manufacturing-related enterprises in China continues to grow. Tianyancha data shows there are nearly 318,000 auto manufacturing-related enterprises in China, with over 39,000 new registrations in 2022, representing 14.6% growth.
多地海关支持汽车出口 | Customs Support Across Regions
近日，在汕头海关所属汕尾海关关员监装下，564辆乘用车搭承滚装轮，从深汕特别合作区小漠国际物流港出发，运往海外。"在汕头海关的支持下，我公司依托小漠国际物流港开展汽车出口业务，预计今年将通过小漠国际物流港出口约2万辆乘用车。"深圳市某公司负责人介绍。
Recently under supervision by Shanwei Customs officers of Shantou Customs, 564 passenger vehicles boarded a ro-ro ship at Xiaomo International Logistics Port in Shenzhen-Shanwei Special Cooperation Zone bound for overseas. "With Shantou Customs' support, our company relies on Xiaomo Port for auto exports and expects to export about 20,000 passenger vehicles through the port this year," said a Shenzhen company executive.
生产效率显著提升 | Significant Productivity Improvements
日前，在上汽乘用车郑州分公司总装车间，600多名工人正加班加点生产主力出口车型。"现在平均每51秒就有一辆汽车下线，今年前3个月我们已经完成电动汽车整车出口近3000辆。"上汽乘用车郑州分公司相关负责人说。
At SAIC Motor's Zhengzhou branch assembly plant, over 600 workers are working overtime to produce main export models. "Now a vehicle rolls off the line every 51 seconds on average. In the first three months this year we've completed nearly 3,000 EV exports," said a SAIC Zhengzhou official.
业内人士表示，中国新能源汽车等产业已经具备了国际竞争力，能够在国际市场上与其他国家的产品竞争。中国外贸正在从低端加工向高端制造升级。
Industry insiders say China's new energy vehicle industry and others have gained international competitiveness and can compete with products from other countries in global markets. China's foreign trade is upgrading from low-end processing to high-end manufacturing.
