最新海关数据显示，2023年中国茶叶出口呈现量价齐跌态势，出口总量36.75万吨，同比下降2%；出口额17.39亿美元，暴跌16.3%，创近年最大跌幅。

Latest customs data shows China's tea exports declined in both volume and value in 2023, with total exports of 367,500 tons (down 2%) and export value of $1.739 billion (plummeting 16.3%), marking the largest drop in recent years.

一、各茶类出口表现 | Tea Category Performance

绿茶仍占主导地位（30.94万吨，占比84%），但出口额下降15.1%。普洱茶遭遇最大跌幅，均价腰斩（下降50.5%）。

Green tea remained dominant (309,400 tons, 84% share) but export value dropped 15.1%. Pu'er tea saw the steepest decline with average price halved (down 50.5%).

二、主要出口市场 | Key Export Markets

对俄罗斯出口下降25.2%（最大跌幅），而对阿尔及利亚出口激增76.8%（最大增幅）。摩洛哥保持最大出口国地位。

Exports to Russia fell 25.2% (biggest drop) while shipments to Algeria surged 76.8% (biggest increase). Morocco remained the top destination.

三、区域出口亮点 | Regional Highlights

贵州省茶叶均价最高（16.9美元/公斤），四川省实现量价齐升（出口量+23.7%，均价+23.4%）。

Guizhou achieved the highest average price ($16.9/kg), while Sichuan saw both volume (+23.7%) and price (+23.4%) increase.

绿茶：浙江占全国46.65%份额，四川增长24.6%
红茶：重庆出口量第一，贵州量价增幅最大
乌龙茶：福建占69.04%份额，湖北增长375.5%

Experts attribute the decline to global inflation pressures, consumption downgrade and intensified international competition. The industry needs to enhance product value-added and optimize export structure.
