经济日报北京12月11日讯（记者顾阳） 从海关总署获悉，今年前11个月，我国货物贸易进出口总值达39.79万亿元，同比增长4.9%。其中，出口23.04万亿元、进口16.75万亿元，同比分别增长6.7%和2.4%，外贸运行总体平稳。

Economic Daily, Beijing, December 11 (Reporter Gu Yang) According to the General Administration of Customs, China's total import and export value of goods trade reached 39.79 trillion yuan in the first 11 months of this year, a year-on-year increase of 4.9%. Exports amounted to 23.04 trillion yuan, while imports were 16.75 trillion yuan, up 6.7% and 2.4% year-on-year respectively, indicating overall stable foreign trade performance.

受地缘政治冲突和不确定性不稳定性因素增多等叠加影响，11月份，我国外贸增速有所放缓，但月度进出口仍连续8个月保持增长。11月当月，我国进出口值为3.75万亿元，同比增长1.2%，其中，出口增长5.8%，进口下降4.7%。

Affected by geopolitical conflicts and increasing uncertainties, China's foreign trade growth slowed in November. However, monthly imports and exports have maintained growth for eight consecutive months. In November alone, the total import and export value was 3.75 trillion yuan, up 1.2% year-on-year, with exports growing by 5.8% and imports declining by 4.7%.

从贸易结构看，一般贸易、加工贸易均实现增长，我国出口商品的结构继续在优化。前11个月，一般贸易进出口25.5万亿元，增长3.7%，占我国外贸总值的64.1%；加工贸易进出口7.22万亿元，增长3.6%，占18.1%。此外，保税物流方式进出口5.64万亿元，增长13%。

From a trade structure perspective, both general trade and processing trade achieved growth, with China's export structure continuing to optimize. In the first 11 months, general trade imports and exports totaled 25.5 trillion yuan, up 3.7%, accounting for 64.1% of China's total foreign trade value. Processing trade imports and exports reached 7.22 trillion yuan, growing by 3.6% and accounting for 18.1%. Additionally, imports and exports under bonded logistics amounted to 5.64 trillion yuan, a 13% increase.

从贸易对象看，我国对东盟、欧盟、美国、韩国进出口均实现增长。前11个月，东盟继续保持我第一大贸易伙伴地位，实现贸易总值6.29万亿元，增长8.6%，占我外贸总值的15.8%。同期，我国对共建“一带一路”国家合计进出口18.74万亿元，增长6%。

In terms of trading partners, China's imports and exports with ASEAN, the EU, the U.S., and South Korea all saw growth. In the first 11 months, ASEAN remained China's largest trading partner, with a total trade value of 6.29 trillion yuan, up 8.6%, accounting for 15.8% of China's total foreign trade. During the same period, China's total imports and exports with Belt and Road Initiative countries reached 18.74 trillion yuan, a 6% increase.

从贸易主体看，民营企业、外资企业进出口实现较快增长。前11个月，我国有进出口实绩的外贸经营主体68.2万家。其中，民营企业进出口同比增长8.7%，占我外贸总值的55.3%，比去年同期提升2个百分点，继续保持我国第一大外贸主体地位；外商投资企业进出口11.67万亿元，增长1.1%，占我外贸总值的29.3%。

From the perspective of trade entities, private enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises achieved rapid growth in imports and exports. In the first 11 months, there were 682,000 foreign trade entities with actual import and export activities in China. Among them, private enterprises saw an 8.7% year-on-year increase in imports and exports, accounting for 55.3% of China's total foreign trade value, up 2 percentage points from the same period last year, maintaining their position as the largest foreign trade entity. Foreign-funded enterprises recorded imports and exports of 11.67 trillion yuan, up 1.1%, accounting for 29.3% of China's total foreign trade value.

海关总署统计分析司司长吕大良表示，随着外贸领域存量和增量政策协同发力，我国外贸进出口有望平稳收官，全年质升量稳的目标是可以实现的。

Lv Daliang, Director of the Department of Statistics and Analysis at the General Administration of Customs, stated that with the combined efforts of existing and incremental policies in the foreign trade sector, China's imports and exports are expected to conclude the year smoothly, achieving the goal of quality improvement and stable quantity for the entire year.
