珲春综保区开通"1210"保税出口业务 助力跨境电商发展
中国吉林网12月13日电 （记者 刘赜瑞） 珲春易贸通电子商务有限公司近日以跨境电商"1210"保税出口模式申报的一批电子产品在珲春综保区顺利通关，标志着吉林省跨境电商"1210"保税出口业务正式开通。
Jilin News Network, December 13 (Reporter Liu Zerui) A batch of electronic products declared by Hunchun Yimaotong E-commerce Co., Ltd. under the cross-border e-commerce "1210" bonded export model has successfully cleared customs at the Hunchun Comprehensive Bonded Zone, marking the official launch of Jilin Province's cross-border e-commerce "1210" bonded export business.
据了解，"1210"保税出口是跨境电商监管模式，货物可保税入区并通过电商平台对外分拆销售。该业务开通后，企业可将国内货物集货到综保区内存储，依托综保区"保税仓储、分拨集散、国际运输"等功能，极大优化物流成本、缩短时效，同时享受"入区即退税"政策。
It is understood that the "1210" bonded export is a cross-border e-commerce supervision model where goods can enter the zone under bond and be sold in split packages through e-commerce platforms. After the launch of this business, enterprises can consolidate domestic goods and store them in the comprehensive bonded zone, leveraging functions such as "bonded warehousing, distribution and consolidation, and international transportation" to significantly optimize logistics costs and shorten delivery times, while enjoying the "tax refund upon entry into the zone" policy.
珲春易贸通电子商务有限公司主要负责人表示："从消费者下单到商品发货，最快只需要不到24小时。而海外消费者从下订单到收到货物，最快仅需要大约7天。"
The person in charge of Hunchun Yimaotong E-commerce Co., Ltd. stated: "From the time a consumer places an order to the shipment of goods, it takes less than 24 hours at the fastest. For overseas consumers, the time from placing an order to receiving the goods can be as short as about 7 days."
