安徽外贸领跑中部的成功密码：多元化策略驱动进出口增长
安徽外贸产业正在书写中部地区发展的新篇章。今年1-11月，安徽省货物贸易进出口总值达7823.9亿元人民币，同比增长6.6%，稳居全国第九、中部第一的宝座。
The Anhui foreign trade sector is writing a new chapter in the development of central China. From January to November this year, the total import and export value of goods trade in Anhui Province reached 782.39 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.6%, firmly ranking ninth in the country and first in central China.
这一亮眼成绩的背后，是安徽省实施的"徽动全球"出海行动、外贸结构优化和金融支持等多元化发展策略。其中出口表现尤为突出，达5221.3亿元，增长9.2%。
Behind this outstanding achievement is Anhui Province's implementation of "Anhui Goes Global" initiative, optimization of foreign trade structure, financial support and other diversified development strategies. The export performance is particularly outstanding, reaching 522.13 billion yuan, an increase of 9.2%.
合肥海关统计分析处处长汪德葆指出："我们围绕集成电路、新型显示器等国家战略性新兴产业集群，持续优化通关服务，为优质产品开拓国际市场开辟新通道。"
Wang Debao, Director of Statistical Analysis Department of Hefei Customs, pointed out: "We focus on national strategic emerging industrial clusters such as integrated circuits and new displays, continuously optimize customs clearance services, and open up new channels for high-quality products to explore the international market."
外贸结构亮点：
- 民营企业成为主力军：进出口4003.7亿元，占51.2%
- 机电产品主导出口：占比超70%，达3673.5亿元
- 汽车出口表现亮眼：同比增长32%
Highlights of foreign trade structure:
- Private enterprises becoming the main force: import and export of 400.37 billion yuan, accounting for 51.2%
- Mechanical and electrical products dominate exports: accounting for over 70%, reaching 367.35 billion yuan
- Outstanding performance of auto exports: year-on-year growth of 32%
在市场布局方面，安徽对"一带一路"国家进出口3919.8亿元，占总额50.1%；对RCEP其他成员国进出口1871亿元，展现强劲的区域合作活力。
In terms of market layout, Anhui's import and export with Belt and Road countries reached 391.98 billion yuan, accounting for 50.1% of the total; import and export with other RCEP member countries reached 187.1 billion yuan, showing strong regional cooperation vitality.
这种全方位、多层次的外贸发展模式，不仅推动了安徽经济的高质量发展，也为中部地区外贸转型升级提供了可借鉴的"安徽方案"。
This comprehensive, multi-level foreign trade development model has not only promoted the high-quality development of Anhui's economy, but also provided a referable "Anhui solution" for the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade in central China.
