11月中国出口增长5.8%超预期 机电产品成外贸主力
北京12月10日电 - 海关总署今日发布数据显示，2024年11月中国进出口总值达37506.3亿元，同比增长1.2%。其中出口表现尤为亮眼，同比增长5.8%至22217.2亿元，超出市场预期。
Beijing, Dec. 10 - China's total imports and exports reached 3.75 trillion yuan in November, up 1.2% year-on-year, according to customs data released Tuesday. Exports grew 5.8% to 2.22 trillion yuan, outperforming market expectations.
海关总署统计分析司司长吕大良表示："随着稳外贸政策持续发力，全年外贸有望实现质升量稳目标。"国务院近期审议通过的《关于促进外贸稳定增长的若干政策措施》正逐步显现效果。
Lyu Daliang, director of the General Administration of Customs' statistics department, said: "With the continuous implementation of foreign trade stabilization policies, we are confident in achieving quality growth this year." The State Council recently approved new measures to boost foreign trade.
机电产品出口表现强劲
Strong Electronics Exports Performance
数据显示，前11个月机电产品出口13.7万亿元，增长8.4%，占出口总值59.5%。11月单月机电产品出口1877.7亿美元，同比增长8.4%。
Data shows mechanical and electrical product exports totaled 13.7 trillion yuan in the first 11 months, up 8.4%, accounting for 59.5% of total exports. November's electronics exports reached $187.77 billion, growing 8.4% year-on-year.
中国机电产品进出口商会新闻发言人高士旺指出："计算机、集成电路等重点行业保持稳健增长，显示中国供应链韧性。"不过手机出口受发达市场需求疲软影响，已连续三个月同比下降。
Gao Shiwang, spokesperson for the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products, noted: "Key sectors like computers and integrated circuits maintain steady growth, demonstrating supply chain resilience." However, smartphone exports have declined for three consecutive months due to weak demand in developed markets.
汽车出口环比回落
Auto Exports Show Monthly Decline
受欧盟反补贴税影响，11月汽车出口量环比下降6.2%至54.9万辆，出口额644.6亿元。这是自2020年10月以来首次出现同比下滑。
Affected by EU anti-subsidy duties, auto exports fell 6.2% month-on-month to 549,000 units in November, with export value at 64.46 billion yuan. This marks the first year-on-year decline since October 2020.
东方金诚研究发展部执行总监冯琳分析称："欧盟市场变化需要持续关注，但整体出口仍保持韧性。"她预计随着政策效果显现，年底进口需求有望改善。
Feng Lin, research director at Dongfang Jincheng, analyzed: "EU market changes require ongoing monitoring, but overall exports remain resilient." She expects import demand to improve by year-end as policies take effect.
2025年展望：先扬后抑
2025 Outlook: Strong Start Expected
专家预测，在全球降息周期下，2025年机电产品出口可能呈现"先扬后抑"态势。国际机构普遍看好明年全球贸易增长前景。
Experts predict mechanical and electrical exports may show "strong start then moderation" in 2025 amid global rate cuts. International organizations generally forecast better trade growth next year.
光大银行研究员周茂华表示："国内宏观政策力度空前，企业信心增强，有望带动进口需求复苏。"前11个月中国外贸顺差已达62905.7亿元，超过去年全年总额。
Zhou Maohua, researcher at China Everbright Bank, said: "Unprecedented domestic policy support has boosted business confidence, which may revive import demand." China's trade surplus reached 6.29 trillion yuan in January-November, exceeding last year's total.
