湘潭市贸促会举办外贸新手培训会 助力"潭品出海"战略
6月16日，湘潭市贸促会成功举办了"潭品出海我来了"外贸新手培训会（第一季）开班仪式。全市28家企业的50余名外贸新手参加了此次培训，并实地观摩了外贸企业。
On June 16, the Xiangtan Trade Promotion Council successfully launched the first season of the "Tan Products Going Global" training program for foreign trade beginners. Over 50 trainees from 28 local enterprises participated in the training and conducted field observations at foreign trade companies.
为满足湘潭市外贸企业对人才培养的需求，市贸促会特别策划了三期"潭品出海我来了"培训会。原计划30人的培训规模最终突破至50人，反映出企业对培训的高度需求。
To meet the talent development needs of local foreign trade enterprises, the Council has specially planned three sessions of the "Tan Products Going Global" training program. The originally planned 30-person training scale eventually exceeded to 50 participants, reflecting the strong demand from enterprises.
在开班仪式上，湘潭国际商会聘请了包括湖南科技大学副教授向志国、湖南信诺颜料科技董事长汤上在内的8位国际商务专家作为导师，为学员提供国际贸易、国际投资等领域的专业指导。
During the opening ceremony, Xiangtan International Chamber of Commerce appointed 8 international business experts as mentors, including Associate Professor Xiang Zhiguo from Hunan University of Science and Technology and Tang Shang, Chairman of Hunan Sinnopec Pigment Technology, to provide professional guidance in international trade and investment.
向志国副教授以"打开出口贸易大门应做好的'五知一备'"为主题，详细讲解了外贸业务的基础知识，包括：
- 知自己（了解企业自身）
- 知货物（了解产品特性）
- 知市场（了解目标市场）
- 知客户（了解客户需求）
- 知业务流程
- 备好业务文书模板
Associate Professor Xiang Zhiguo delivered a keynote speech titled "Five Knowledges and One Preparation for Opening Export Trade Doors", covering essential knowledge including:
- Know yourself (understand your company)
- Know your products
- Know the market
- Know your customers
- Understand business processes
- Prepare business document templates
市贸促会负责人表示，通过"四个一"计划（一次培训、一次观摩、一个导师和一个平台），旨在帮助新外贸企业完成首单交易，助力老外贸企业实现贸易倍增，最终提升湘潭市整体外贸水平。
The Council representative stated that through the "Four Ones" program (one training session, one observation visit, one mentor, and one platform - EHN), the initiative aims to help new foreign trade companies complete their first transaction and assist established companies in doubling their trade volume, ultimately enhancing Xiangtan's overall foreign trade capabilities.
培训当天下午，学员们还实地参观了湖南凯利特泵业有限公司和湘潭综保区跨境电商综合服务中心，学习企业开展外贸的实践经验。
In the afternoon of the training day, participants visited Hunan Kailite Pump Co., Ltd. and Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Zone Cross-border E-commerce Service Center to learn practical experience in foreign trade operations.
