南方日报讯 / Southern Daily News 连日来，在格兰仕电器配件制造部元器件装配车间，生产线满负荷生产，一个个罩极电机、转盘电机、定时器、微动开关快速下线，确保了相关工序的生产需求。
In recent days, at the component assembly workshop of Galanz Electrical Appliance Parts Manufacturing Department, production lines have been operating at full capacity. Products like shaded pole motors, turntable motors, timers, and micro switches are rolling off the line rapidly, ensuring the production needs of related processes.
“从初七一大早，这里就开始满负荷生产。车间管理骨干及相关岗位人员在春节期间就回到公司准备物料，检验设备运行情况，对工作区域进行通风、消毒。”元器件装配车间负责人表示。
"From the early morning of the seventh day of the Lunar New Year, we started full-capacity production. Workshop management staff and related personnel returned to the company during the Spring Festival to prepare materials, inspect equipment operations, and ventilate and disinfect work areas," said the person in charge of the component assembly workshop.

Before resuming work, the company arranged dedicated buses to escort frontline employees back to work; installed central air conditioning in the assembly workshop to improve the working environment; and introduced measures such as "veterans mentoring newcomers" and "new employee assistance."
