Hi

I am trying to proxy some requests through Oxylabs, but get this error in the console:

HTTPSConnectionPool(host='realtime.oxylabs.io', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /v1/queries (Caused by ProxyError('Cannot connect to proxy.', OSError('Tunnel connectio n failed: 403 Forbidden')

Could it be that, eventhough I have a paid account, the system doesn't know that? If so, can you add the mentioned host to the allow list?

Did you start a new console? This could happen if you are using a console from before your upgrade.
