1. 登录Shopify商家后台 → 左下角Settings → Apps and sales channels → Shopify App Store
2. 搜索"shopify inbox" → 点击安装 → Install → Set up chat激活
3. 默认开启状态 → 右下角可修改对话按钮样式 → 点击Save保存
4. 在Manage settings中可设置自动回复时间、快速回复等内容
二、手机App安装 | Mobile App Installation
1. 点击Get Inbox mobile app获取二维码
2. 或在应用商店搜索"shopify inbox"下载
3. 登录Shopify账号即可使用
三、功能测试 | Feature Testing
顾客端测试:
1. 访问店铺前端 → 点击聊天按钮
2. 输入测试信息 → 填写访客资料 → Start chat
商家端验证:
1. 后台打开Shopify Inbox → View messages
2. 查看并回复测试消息
提示:在Chat settings中可设置邮件营销订阅选项"Opt in to get special email promotions..."
