According to the "2023 Global Digital Skills Development White Paper" jointly released by Google and The Economist Intelligence Unit, 62% of Chinese professionals urgently want to improve their digital capabilities, a proportion higher than the global average.
6月29日，谷歌中国宣布对其数字人才培养计划进行重大升级。在原有数字营销课程体系基础上，新增了谷歌开发技术方向的系列课程。值得关注的是，该项目已与网易有道中国大学MOOC及智联招聘建立了长达三年的深度合作关系。
On June 29, Google China announced a major upgrade to its Digital Talent Program. In addition to the existing digital marketing curriculum, a series of Google development technology courses have been added. Notably, the program has established a three-year in-depth cooperation with NetEase Youdao's Chinese University MOOC and Zhaopin.

Program director Wang Ming (pseudonym) emphasized in an interview: "Through strategic cooperation with leading education technology companies like NetEase Youdao, we focus not only on skills training but also on building a complete digital talent ecosystem. This includes full-chain services from curriculum development, teacher training to employment matching, providing continuous talent support for the digital transformation of Chinese enterprises."
