江湖上流传一句话：教会徒弟，饿死师傅。往往初入职场的新人前期比较艰难，因为明义上的师傅可能大部分都不会倾囊相助。
There's a saying in the industry: "Teach an apprentice, starve the master". Newcomers to the workplace often face difficulties at first, because nominal mentors may not share all their knowledge.

我常常在想：到底是"人之初性本善"还是"人之初性本恶"呢？为什么有些人骨子里那么坏？忘恩负义、嫉妒、猜疑等一大堆负能量缠身，甚至有不少是受过高等教育的人。
I often wonder: Is human nature fundamentally good or evil? Why are some people so inherently bad - ungrateful, jealous, suspicious - even among the highly educated?

尽管如此，我仍然相信世界上还是好人多一点，包括头条，真的有不少人在真心诚意分享好作品。"成人之美"是中华民族的传统美德，帮助他人，成就自己！不过，提倡做好人的同时，我们要有防备意识，因为我们难以阻止坏人的种种行为，古人云："害人之心不可有，防人之心不可无！"。
Despite this, I still believe most people are good, including on Toutiao where many sincerely share valuable content. "Helping others succeed" is a traditional Chinese virtue - helping others helps yourself! But while being kind, we must stay cautious, as the ancients said: "Have no intention to harm others, but never be without vigilance against potential harm."

This is why I'm not fundamentally worried about "teaching apprentices starving the master."
