From frame production to smart glasses development, over 800 local enterprises form a tight industrial cluster. Chen Weitao, chairman of Shenzhen Icare Lab Eyewear Co., said, "We can find any needed component within half an hour - efficiency that's hard to achieve elsewhere."

横岗眼镜产业年产值近100亿元，提供约10万个就业岗位。其产品以高质量和精细工艺闻名全球，赢得了包括雷朋、阿玛尼等国际知名品牌的代工订单。

With an annual output value of nearly 10 billion yuan, the Henggang eyewear industry provides about 100,000 jobs. Its products are globally renowned for high quality and exquisite craftsmanship, securing OEM orders for international brands like Ray-Ban and Armani.

深圳慧明眼镜厂创始人李照教在代工国际品牌的同时，推出了自主儿童眼镜品牌"李白"。他表示："深圳眼镜产业必须从代工转向自主品牌建设，这是未来发展的必由之路。"

Li Zhaojiao, founder of Shenzhen Huiming Eyewear Factory, launched his own children's eyewear brand "Li Bai" while continuing OEM production. He stated, "Shenzhen's eyewear industry must transition from OEM to independent brand building - this is the inevitable path for future development."

自2014年以来，"深圳横岗眼镜"区域品牌建设成效显著，先后获得"全国时尚眼镜产业知名品牌示范区"等称号，品牌影响力辐射全球，赢得全球高档镜架超过60%的订单。
