汕尾跨境电商合规培训会成功举办 助力珠宝产业品牌出海
12月17日，广东贸促系统在汕尾市海丰县梅陇镇举办跨境电商合规专题培训会，近60家珠宝银饰企业代表参加。此次培训聚焦跨境电商企业在报关、税务、法律、知识产权等方面的合规需求，邀请资深专家现场授课。
On December 17, the Guangdong Council for the Promotion of International Trade organized a compliance training session in Meilong Town, Haifeng County, Shanwei City, with nearly 60 jewelry and silver accessory enterprise representatives in attendance. The training focused on compliance requirements in customs declaration, taxation, legal affairs, and intellectual property for cross-border e-commerce enterprises, featuring lectures by senior experts.

Meilong Town, renowned as a "Specialty Industrial Base for Chinese Jewelry and Jade Articles", is a key national supply chain base for jewelry cross-border exports. While cross-border e-commerce, as the fastest-growing new foreign trade format, drives traditional industrial transformation, it also faces multiple compliance challenges.
培训会上，易税通创始人熊妮详细解析了跨境电商财税合规政策，从企业痛点出发，阐述了不同规模企业财税合规架构的搭建。瀛和律所黄文竞主任则深入分析了跨境电商法律合规要点，包括平台责任和版权侵权防范。
At the training, Xiong Ni, founder of EasyTax, analyzed cross-border e-commerce tax compliance policies in detail, addressing enterprise pain points and explaining tax compliance framework construction for businesses of different scales. Huang Wenjing, director of Yinghe Law Firm, provided in-depth analysis of key legal compliance points, including platform responsibilities and copyright infringement prevention.
据汕尾市贸促会数据，自2022年1月获批设立跨境电子商务综合试验区以来，汕尾跨境电商交易额已达50亿元。2023年新增46家传统外贸企业转型开展跨境电商业务，在阿里国际注册企业超200家。
According to Shanwei Council for the Promotion of International Trade, since being approved as a Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone in January 2022, Shanwei's cross-border e-commerce transaction volume has reached 5 billion yuan. In 2023, 46 traditional foreign trade enterprises transitioned to cross-border e-commerce, with over 200 enterprises registered on Alibaba International.
当天下午还举办了跨境电商人才资源对接会，汇聚亚马逊、虾皮等平台与华南师范大学汕尾校区等院校资源，为产业发展提供人才支撑。今年汕尾企业参加广州跨交会达成交易额超3500万元。
An afternoon talent resource matching event brought together platforms like Amazon and Shopee with institutions including South China Normal University's Shanwei Campus to provide talent support for industrial development. This year, Shanwei enterprises achieved over 35 million yuan in transactions at the Guangzhou Cross-border E-commerce Fair.
汕尾市贸促会表示，未来将持续优化跨境电商生态，推动"跨境电商+"产业带联动发展，引导更多企业通过跨境电商开拓国际市场。
