With the rise of "China-Chic" trend, Yiwu's accessory industry is experiencing explosive growth, with Southeast Asia emerging as the hottest export market.
"This Peking Opera mask-style brooch is particularly popular recently, with a Philippine client ordering over 1,000 pieces," said Yan Hao, an accessory merchant in Yiwu, noting that Southeast Asian orders currently account for the largest share of foreign trade orders.

"The pure silver Chinese dragon necklace is our bestseller. Although Japanese and Korean clients don't order large quantities at once, their repurchase rates are very high," said Yu Ping, a shop owner who is actively expanding into Southeast Asian markets where these culturally distinctive accessories are receiving enthusiastic responses.
