谈产业 | On Industry Development

恩平作为"中国麦克风行业产业基地"，电声企业代表提出降低人才政策门槛、设立研发中心等建议。林应武回应称："政府可提供配套支持，但市场开拓要靠企业自身。研发和生产可以分开布局，用好冯如改革创新精神，争创行业第一。"

As China's Microphone Industry Base, Enping's electro-acoustic enterprise representatives suggested lowering talent policy thresholds and establishing R&D centers. Lin Yingwu responded: "The government can provide supporting measures, but market development depends on enterprises themselves. R&D and production can be separated geographically. Enterprises should embrace Feng Ru's spirit of reform and innovation to strive for industry leadership."

谈医联体 | On Medical Consortiums

针对医联体建设，林应武提出"多条腿走路"的发展模式："政府投资、银行贷款、民营参与均可。民生事业要尽力而为也要量力而行，鼓励基层探索政府购买服务等创新方式。"

Regarding medical consortium construction, Lin proposed a "multi-pronged" development model: "Government investment, bank loans, and private participation are all viable options. While striving to improve people's livelihoods, we must act within our means. We encourage grassroots innovations like government-purchased services."

大广海湾开发 | On Daguang Bay Development

林应武强调大广海湾需按国家级定位规划："必须引进高质量企业，配套高水平政策。开发要有高眼界，避免低水平重复建设，真正发挥这片宝地的价值。"

Lin stressed that Daguang Bay requires national-level planning: "We must attract high-quality enterprises with supporting premium policies. Development requires visionary planning to avoid low-level redundant construction and truly unlock this treasure land's potential."

展望未来 | Looking Ahead

林应武表示："十三五"期间江门将确立交通枢纽地位，坚持工业立市；"十四五"有望实现腾飞。今年将重点推进三大攻坚战，市领导将走访全市16000多名贫困人口，切实落实精准扶贫。

Lin stated: During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, Jiangmen will establish itself as a transportation hub and maintain industry-focused development; takeoff is expected during the 14th Five-Year Plan. This year will focus on three critical battles, with city leaders visiting all 16,000 impoverished residents to ensure targeted poverty alleviation.
