南京海关RCEP签证出口货值333亿元居全国首位 - 江苏外贸高质量发展成果显著
南京 - 在江苏省政府2月22日召开的新闻发布会上，南京海关副关长毛雅君公布了2023年江苏外贸发展的亮眼成绩单。
2023年主要成就：
• RCEP实施成效显著：签发原产地证书10.86万份，出口货值333.03亿元，全国第一
• 加工贸易改革红利：33个企业集团享受担保减免8742万元，节省费用5678万元
• 跨境电商快速发展：出台十条支持措施，出口规模达309.6亿元，增长22.8%
• 进口贸易优势明显：粮食和木材进口量全国第一，为388家企业减免税款21.82亿元
Key Achievements in 2023:
• Outstanding RCEP implementation: Issued 108,600 certificates of origin with export value of 33.303 billion yuan, ranking first nationwide
• Benefits from processing trade reform: 33 enterprise groups enjoyed guarantee reductions of 87.42 million yuan, saving costs of 56.78 million yuan
• Rapid development of cross-border e-commerce: Introduced ten support measures, export scale reached 30.96 billion yuan, up 22.8%
• Significant advantages in import trade: Ranked first in grain and timber imports nationwide, reduced taxes by 2.182 billion yuan for 388 enterprises
南京海关在多个领域取得突破性进展：
